Lift The Mask is dedicated to providing mental health                   and performance support and resources for the goalie

                 community. Our program is volunteer-driven and is

                 operated by The Goalie Guild, a 501(c)(3) non-profit 

                 foundation based in Castle Rock, Colorado.

Our program's main mission is to eliminate the social and financial barriers associated with mental health and performance care. We do this by offering a $100 USD voucher for any goalie seeking professional services from a licensed Coach, Consultant, Provider, or Sports Psychologist.

Lift The Mask is also committed to providing free education and mentoring resources for the goalie community. Our areas of focus include mental skills and performance, emotional intelligence, concussions, cognitive development, VR training, gamification, new technology, and much more.

With a strong commitment to the holistic growth of goaltenders, our Vision is to be the bridge that connects goalies to the proper care and support. We also want to create a safe environment where goalies are free to open up, share their struggles, and work towards becoming the best versions of themselves. By normalizing conversations about mental health and performance on a daily basis, we supply the resources needed to overcome personal challenges and lead healthier, happier lives.
